Agents see the whole inbox
Off: agents only see conversations assigned to them or unassigned. Managers and the owner always see everything.
What each role can do
- Owner — everything, plus team, settings and exports.
- Manager — full inbox, pipeline, scheduling, reports.
- Agent — reply, manage leads and bookings.
- Analyst — read-only pipeline and reports; no conversations.
